Mr. Ashish Sanwalka, as Managing Director of Shakunt Enterprises (P) Ltd., sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of products, Mr. Sanwalka has more than two decades of experience in the welding industry with a strong track record of driving welding solutions for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful business.
Inception in 1997, he was named Director of Shakunt Enterprises (P) Ltd. and became responsible for transforming it into a group strategy think-tank and a promoter of new ventures in welding technology business. Company continues to grow under the dynamic leadership of its director, Mr. Sanwalka as second generation entrepreneur. His progressive thinking and creative approach is what makes company stand out from the crowd.
He is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company – setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. As commerce background, he has strong hold on company’s financial growth and turnaround strategy, and is instrumental in setting up their off shoring capabilities.

Having overall experience of 28 years. Started working with SEPL from 2001 and has worked on various position right from technology improvement to new product development in Welding field. Having given various improvement ideas in field of Wire Drawing to Raw Material manufacturer in back-end and converting ideas into realities at production output. Prior to SEPL he has worked with JCT Limited for 14 years and has handled various work profile right from Wire drawing to product development for many different product categories.
He has contributed a lot of ideas & innovation for environmental safety by changing various internal and external process during production. He works as mentor to our quality team and commands high respect in welding Indian Industry.

With 25 Years of rich and progressive experience across multiple HR domains, brings exceptional leadership and strategic vision to the organization.
He has successfully driven transformative HR initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance talent capabilities and support long term business growth.
Equipped with an LLB degree with Law knowledge, he seamlessly integrates HR Strategy with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring governance and risk mitigation across the organization.

Joined SEPL family in June 2008 as a sales executive. His zest for understanding business environment and his dare attitude in work execution had awarded him the position of Business Manager. He has enormous experience in business segment like After Sales Services ,OEM Sales ,Institutional & Government Sales. He is one of the active member of continuous improvement program Club of SEPL. He maintains an excellent customer relationship at all across India.
He is an active participant and represents SEPL in all seminars, exhibitions, trade shows in India. He is a keen learner and love to acquire knowledge on new concepts in marketing.

A thorough professional in the field of cold manufacturing process having experience of more than 18 years. He is qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015 & factory production control system EN13479:2004. He is having expertise in the field of lean manufacturing.
In the past he has leaded various teams like Production, Operation, Quality Assurance, Projects, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing of companies like Shah Foils Pvt. Ltd, Raajratna Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd and Ador Welding Limited. He is passionate about establishing SEPL on global canvas.

Journey with SEPL from Dec-2020, overall 32 years industrial experience major exposure to Automotive OEM manufacturing sectors, executed responsibilities in various capacities with objective goals Operation Excellence of the Plant.
Lead Auditor ISO-9000 – IATF-1649,EMS, OSHAS, QMS management. Expertise in TPM / Lean Implimentaion, 6 – SIGMA – Black Belt, HR & IR. Exposure to Global OEMs like US - German - Japanese - Indian – Vehicle manufactures, with processes – Casting, Machining, Forging, Sheet metal, Rubber Mixixng, Rubber Moulding, Metal Injection Moulding. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Sumit Goel is a seasoned Chartered Accountant. His career spans various sectors, including vanaspati plants, steel forging, and other steel manufacturing units. Sumit has honed his expertise in internal controls, audit, accounts, and finance. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Shakunt Enterprises Private Limited, where he continues to drive financial excellence and strategic growth.
